Migali® manual griddles are great for cooking all types of meats, vegetables, dairy, and starches. These models include a ¾″ thick steel cooking surface that is heated by burners underneath. The burners evenly distribute between 200°F – 575°F of heat throughout cooking surface. The exterior is constructed of high quality stainless steel and include heavy duty, diecast temperature knobs. Ignition is a cinch with our continuous pilot, manual controls. These models are stocked in the natural gas configuration but come with extra nozzles to reconfigure to accept liquid propane.
