This model accommodates (5) 18" x 26" full-size baking pans on the (5) nickel plated oven racks on 13-position rack guides. This model includes (2) hinged 50/50 dependent double pane thermal tempered glass doors, and a bright interior light. Each Migali^® Convection Oven is rated at 46,000 BTUs and can be manually adjusted from 150^oF to 500^oF using the solid state digital controller knobs with "Hold" cooking temperature feature. This model includes an electronic spark ignition with autopilot, safety shut-off switch, and dual speed fan with delay switch.
