The Migali® C-CM-36-NG, natural gas Cheesemelter Broiler is sure to evenly melt cheese or brown or crisp a topping. This cheesemelter broiler is constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, top, and sides for long lasting use. Two (2) independent 21,500 BTU/hr, 43,000 BTU total, high efficiency ceramic infrared burners that work to finish delicious prepared dishes. This model includes standby pilots which fire up quickly to get the broiler ready to cook in just one minute. The heavy-duty chrome plated grid provides ample room for product. Easily clean the equipment at the end of the day thanks to the full-width removable spillage pan. Toast sandwiches, melt cheese, cook meat and more with this Cheesemelter Broiler.
