The Migali® C-CB52 refrigerated chef base is designed to enhance your cooking efficiencies. The refrigerated drawer section allows for up to (18) 1/6th size pans of storage space while the top is designed to hold up to 717 lbs of counter top cooking equipment. This series is also engineered with a robust forced air refrigeration system for cold, uniform temperatures throughout the chef base’s interior.
