Char-Rock Broilers

Migali® radiant char broilers are great for cooking all types of meats and fish amongst other food products. These models include heavy duty, cast iron, reversible cooking grates for perfect grill lines. These are different than ordinary radiant broilers in that they accept lava rocks and/or charcoal underneath the cooking grate for enhanced cooking performance and flavor. A slide out waste tray makes cleaning easy. The exterior is constructed of high quality stainless steel and include heavy duty, diecast temperature knobs. Ignition is a cinch with our continuous pilot, manual controls. These models are stocked in the natural gas configuration but come with extra nozzles to reconfigure for liquid propane.
